We choose to be licensed and regulated, in an unregulated industry. We’re certified and accredited by a whole host of industry – recognised bodies. Membership requires us to adhere to very strict codes of conduct and working practices. This means you’ll have the peace of mind knowing we will let and manage your Bristol property professionally, securely and to the highest industry standards. As members of ARLA Propertymark we are included in their Client Money Protection (CMP) Scheme. This reimburses landlords, tenants and third parties should an agent misappropriate their rent, deposit or other client funds.

We’re on a mission to be the greenest Bristol letting agent. We know how important the environment is to the people of Bristol and we feel the same. That’s why we are striving to operate in the most sustainable way possible. We are looking at our team and their processes, from reducing paper usage to investing in a fleet of electric cars to use when travelling across Bristol for our landlords and tenants – we are working hard to do our bit.
Whilst we continue to challenge our standards there is more we can do – we want to make sure we have a positive impact on the environment and to help our tenants and landlords to do the same. That’s why we offset our Carbon Footprint by supporting carbon reducing projects across the world.
In addition, we plant three trees for every property we let – one each for our landlord, tenant & our team. With over 200 trees planted most months, together we’re planting The Letting Game forest!
