We don’t believe in making large profits by demanding inappropriate agency fees from tenants. This ensures we provide the finest service to landlords and best value to tenants. We are currently offering full property management in Bristol for 8% plus VAT of each calendar months rent, with no initial let or set up fee.
We currently supply property management in Clifton, Redland, Henleaze, Filton, Horfield, Stoke Park, Fishponds, Pill, Southville, Montpellier and Eastville. We are also an active and well known Lettings Agent in Bristol including Cotham, Westbury on Trym, Stoke Bishop, Westbury Park, Bradley Stoke, St Andrews and Bedminster.
Principally involving three members of the family; Jack Head (BA Hons) – Managing Partner, responsible for lettings and property management; Bob Head (MRICS) – investment and acquisitions, and Rebecca Head – Interior design and home presentation manager, we are backed up by a small team of experienced letting and administration staff.

The Letting Game are proud members of the ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents). The ARLA are the only professional and regulatory body solely concerned with residential lettings.
As members we are required to comply with strict professional standards, be able to demonstrate competency and knowledge of lettings legislation and have high standards of business practice.
The Letting Game are also members of The Property Ombudsman. Being members requires us to abide by a code of practice focused on assuring we give a fair and professional service.
