Jack set up The Letting Game in 2009 and continues to push the company in a positive direction today. Jack was bought up within a property family and went to school here in Bristol. After graduating from University he had a successful two year spell in Recruitment before the 2008 recession hit the industry and the company he worked for hard. Faced with redundancy he decided to set up The Letting Game – a risk he is now very happy to have taken.
Three things you didn’t know about Jack:
Ben joined us in 2012 as an apprentice and now manages our Sales and Relocation department. He has been integral to the progress of The Relocation Game - the arm of our company that focuses on sourcing Corporate and Relocation for our landlord clients. He has recently started working closely with Maya after welcoming her to the sales and relocation department of the business.
Some things about Ben:
Claire has worked with Jack for five years now however only the past 3 years she been involved with The Letting Game. Nothing gets past Claire and this has made her a fantastic young bookkeeper, a great grounding for her as she is now starting to learn accountancy skills too. She now manages all clients’ accounts and client rent payments.
Some facts about Claire:
Samantha joined The Letting Game with four years experience in the Bristol letting industry. She brings knowledge and experience to the team and boasts an NFOPP technical award in lettings and property management, something she is now helping the other members of the team work towards achieving. Born and raised in Bristol, she also runs a dance teaching franchise with her partner.
Maya joined the company early 2014 and now takes an active role with both landlords and tenants. She is often out and about at viewings and meetings as well as supporting the smooth running or our customer service delivery team. Having travelled most of the world, she is always planning her next adventure. She has lived in Bristol most of her life - she knows the City as well as anyone.
After moving to Bristol from rural Herefordshire and completing a degree in Property Investment and Management at UWE in 2015, Harry wanted to stay in Bristol and develop a career in property. First having a stint as a property manager for a local competitor, he is now heading up our student department and is doing a great job.
Anna joined the Letting Game in January 2017, after gaining a year’s experience in Property Management at one of our local competitors. Bristol through and through, she loves the area and intends to work and live here all her life. She has worked in lots of different customer service roles, however she feels she thrives in this fast paced property management position.
Bonnie joined us in Autumn 2017 as a Property Manager. She has vast experience in facilities management including a year helping to manage the BBC campus in Clifton, just off Whiteladies Road. Her varied experience is a huge asset to our growing property management team.
Nicola joined our property management department with 9 years’ experience at one of our local competitors. She feels there isn’t a scenario she hasn’t dealt with, so we feel Nicola adds valuable knowledge and know-how to the team.
Three facts about Nicola:
Vicki is originally from Bedfordshire and moved to Bristol with her boyfriend, who plays professional cricket. Vicki joins us from a London letting agency, so brings plenty of experience and know-how to the role. She is getting to know the city having already lived in both Clifton and Keynsham!
Three fun facts:
Chloe grew up in Exeter but decided to move after 23 years to Weston Super Mare with her partner. Growing up she was a keen gymnast and dancer but these days after a fruity cider you wouldn't suspect it. With a background in property sales she's loving her new challenge in lettings.

Originally from Devon, Alex was born on a pig farm and moved to Bristol six years ago. Alex enjoys an active interest in interior design and home decor - it wouldn't be difficult to tell that she loves Ikea! She joins The Letting Game after working in a Bristol based law firm – it goes without saying that she prefers the working culture here much more than the solicitors practice!
Georgia joined The Letting Game at the beginning of 2018 with two years previous experience in administration. She is a Bristol girl so knows the city well. We are really pleased she has joined our admin department.
Some fun facts:
Bennie has been a part time member of the team since the offset. He comes in every week, often unannounced. He works in his own way and does things in his own time, although he has been known to show outstanding commitment to the cause, still being in the office the following morning when everyone else is just getting in. He has an opinion on most things, often being heard voicing it to members of team at less than convenient times. The office wouldn't be the same without him.
