We think it’s time to shine a light by flipping the stereotype; bringing the good news stories into an outdated industry narrative. Long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships built with landlords just don’t get the limelight that highly-politicised negative press can garner.
We’re asking Bristol’s tenants to nominate their landlord. If you’ve got a landlord that can’t do enough for you, has created a dream green rental or is just an all-round top landlord, then we’d love to see them nominated for one of our 3 award categories.

“I think my landlord Lesley deserves the ‘Above and Beyond’ award. She’s always quick to respond and resolve issues, like replacing a broken washing machine in two days and addressing mould right away. She bought us mattress protectors and new mirrors when we moved in, and even called her son, an electrical engineer, for a second opinion when I had a light issue. She reimbursed tenants for damaged clothes and even bought us a TV license! Lesley is incredibly responsive, hands-on, and truly goes above and beyond. Any tenant would be lucky to have her.”
