We don’t believe in charging large and excessive tenant agency fees like the vast majority of other letting agents in the region. This benefits you greatly at a time which is commonly regarded as stressful and expensive. We cover our costs by charging a fair and reasonable tenancy fee. We have nothing to hide; this fee is necessary only to cover our costs, all of which we want to make you aware of at the outset. Example costs incurred are: obtaining credit checks, obtaining references, creating tenancy agreements, fulfilling property inventories and administration costs and staff time associated with the process.
You can book a viewing on our website by following the instructions, however we like to discuss your individual requirements and offer a personal service, so please call us to arrange a suitable viewing time to suit you, and to discuss your current requirements.
