You, as the landlord will have a tenant that has been screened by us, reference and credit checked, and your first months rent with dilapidations deposit. The Premiere Management Plan provides the Landlord with a comprehensive and great value service with the knowledge that management issues are dealt with by us. Key features of this plan include monthly rent collection, preparation of inventories and the holding of dilapidations deposits in an approved government scheme. You can feel assured that we will only trouble you when your instructions are needed and that the property and tenant are well managed day to day by us.


Your rent is guaranteed.

The Premiere plus Management Plan provides the Landlord with an assured rental income and the knowledge that all management issues are dealt with by us. This plan is for the landlord who wants complete peace of mind and assurance that they will only be contacted if wholly necessary. Premiere plus Management assures all maintenance issues are dealt with by one of our approved contractors. Your rental payment is covered by our rental protection policy. Your investment is therefore safe with us.


If you have a property in use as a HMO, or propose to convert your property to one which has a number of self contained units, let us advise you on the regulatory issues and agree a management plan. We have extensive knowledge and experience in this area.
