A principle aim of the Directors is to discover and develop young talent and equip them with the skills they need to succeed within the property industry. Our employees study for and sit ARLA accredited exams to gain industry qualifications, ensuring they are experts in the field.

Position: Trainee Lettings Negotiator
We currently require an enthusiastic individual with a passion for property and / or marketing to join are growing team. The position will be varied, and will involve full on the job training with a view to you taking on a variety of responsibilities.
Day to day tasks will, among other things, include: Visiting properties, meeting clients, negotiating deals, administration, sales calls and assistance with the marketing strategy, property management assistance. Good customer service skills are a must, as are strong organisation skills.

Position: Lettings Administrator
We currently require an organised and enthusiastic individual to work within our administration and referencing department. The position will be varied, with day to day tasks briefly comprising of receptionist duties, lettings administration, referencing prospective tenants, property viewings and a number of other tasks that you will be solely responsible for.
This position would suit an articulate person with good organisation skills, fine attention to detail, ambition and enthusiasm.
