Robert Head MRICS, MARLA - Director Bob has genuine property pedigree, with over 30 years experience in the property and letting industry. He owns a number of successful building and property related companies. As a Chartered Building Surveyor by trade, and owning a number of residential properties in and around Bristol, Bob understands the needs of landlords. He assisted Jack with the set up of The Letting Game, and continues to work with the team in a day to day capacity. His wealth of property experience is invaluable and ensures that the company maintains the traditional values it is built on. Matthew Sweetman BA MA - Marketing Manager Matt drives and develops the marketing strategy at The Letting Game. He also assists with Property management and lettings, and is an all round integral part of the team. After graduating from University, Matt completed a Masters degree in Housing at UWE. Brought up in the Midlands, he previously worked for his families property company. Claire Leeming LLB - Accounts and Administration Assistant Born and raised in Westbury-on-Trym, Claire knows the local area as well as anyone. Brought in to help the increasing demands on the accounts and admin departments, Claire’s arrival signals a new level of organisation and structure for the company. Claire studied Law at University but returned to her hometown to start her career. Jessica Kelly BA (Hons) - Lettings Negotiator It is Jessica’s job to guide tenants through the process of finding a home. With several years of experience in customer service, Jess aims to give the best service possible. She conducts many of our viewings and her position involves a large amount of tenant care and offer negotiation. After studying English Language and Communication at Cardiff University, she realised that the communication skills she’d learnt, coupled with her passion for property, would be perfectly suited for a career in our industry. Charlotte Thomas BA (Hons) - Lettings Administrator Charlotte heads our administration and office management. Having completed a photography degree in Manchester, Charlotte returned to her home in Bristol to start her career. During her degree her main focus was interior photography. Charlotte’s role is to oversee the references, legal documents and maintain an exceptional service level with our landlords. She uses her photography knowledge and skills to help market properties to their full potential. Key strengths include customer service, exceptional organisation and attention to detail.
